How does portal access work?
Each practice is provided with one login for the practice portal, assigned to the primary contact. If your practice requires additional logins, please contact us at support@superforhealth.com, and we’ll assist with the setup.
What happens after I submit the form?
Once you’ve submitted your registration form our team will review your information to ensure everything is in order.
Expect to hear from us within two business days to finalise your application. After approval, your primary contact will receive portal login instructions, and your practice can start referring patients to us.
